We are now located in Downtown Long Beach, East Village Arts District, two blocks away from the Metro Blue Line First St. Station and off the I-710 freeway. Street Parking is free after 6pm, and on Sundays and Holidays. There is metered parking outside these times, please allow time for parking if you are driving.

Many eateries, restaurants and hotels are just minutes away, within walking distance. After a powerful and energizing healing experience, take a stroll by the ocean or enjoy many other local attractions Long Beach has to offer.

How to take the Metro Rail
(LAX to Downtown Long Beach)

Metro Green Line to Metro Blue Line
Downtown Long Beach/First St. Station

Exit your terminal and cross to the center median. Look above your head for the blue sign reading “LAX Shuttle Airline Connections” You’ll see a listing for the “Metro Green Line Aviation Station”. The shuttle runs every 20 minutes from 5am to midnight.

Board the free LAX Green Line “G” shuttle for a 15-minute ride to the Aviation/LAX Metro Rail station. (LAX Airport Area Connections)

At the Aviation/LAX station, buy a $1.75 one-way ticket from the self-service ticket machines, then ride the escalator up to the above-ground station. Trains from this station are headed toward Redondo Beach or Norwalk. To get to Long Beach, you must take the Norwalk train and transfer to the Blue Line in Willowbrook. Get off at Willowbrook station and transfer to the Blue Line. Descend the stairs to the lower platform which services the Blue Line. Board the train for Long Beach. Exit the train at Downtown Long Beach First St. Station. Walk one block east to Dari Rulai Temple.

How to take the Bus
(LGB to Downtown Long Beach)

Long Beach Transit Route 111 Southbound
First and Linden Stop

City bus Long Beach Transit Route 111 (Broadway/Lakewood) connects Long Beach airport to downtown Long Beach. It runs south to downtown, a 40-minute ride from LGB, about every half hour ($1.25 one-way).

To find the bus stop, exit the terminal, follow the taxi signs, walk one block beyond the taxi lineup and turn right. Be sure to ask if the bus goes to downtown Long Beach (this stop is for both NB and SB). Take Long Beach Transit Route 111 Southbound to bus stop at 1st and Linden. Dari Rulai Temple is on the Northwest corner.
